This sword was made in the late Muromachi period.
The two giants of sword smiths at Osafune school at that time were KIYOMITSU and KATSUMITSU.
The sword of Nagafune school at the end of the Muromachi period is called Suebizen, and KIYOMITSU is a master craftsman who represents them.
Some of his works, especially carefully crafted, have common names like GROZAEMON, MAGOUEMON.
Such swords were made by order by the samurai.
Therefore, it is very popular with Japanese sword lovers and the price is high.
